Overview
This comprehensive conference on Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) across the Continuum of Care will feature expert-led didactic lectures covering the latest evidence, guideline-directed therapies, emerging technologies, and multidisciplinary approaches to PAD management. Interactive patient care review sessions will utilize a Q&A-style format, allowing faculty and participants to discuss real-world clinical scenarios, diagnostic challenges, treatment decisions, and long-term care strategies. The program will conclude with an engaging Vascular Surgery Fellows Jeopardy® Session, where fellows will test their knowledge in a dynamic competition designed to reinforce key educational concepts while promoting collegial learning and audience participation.

Objectives
As a result of participating in this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Evaluate emerging endovascular treatment options for lower extremity peripheral artery disease and their appropriate application in clinical practice.
  2. Apply evidence-based strategies to tailor antiplatelet and anticoagulation therapies for patients with peripheral artery disease to optimize clinical outcomes.
  3. Identify patient-specific risk factors associated with major amputation in individuals with lower extremity wounds and ulcers and incorporate risk assessment into treatment planning.
  4. Implement postoperative interventions that improve pain management, functional recovery, and rehabilitation outcomes following lower extremity amputation.
