Connecticut Chapter of American College of Cardiology (CCACC) 34th Annual Meeting & Scientific Session (2026)

The 2025 CT ACC annual meeting welcomes all medical professionals for an afternoon and evening of education, networking, and collaboration. Attendees will take part in a welcome/social hour for networking and collaborative discussion. The educational portion of our program will begin with dedicated time for selected abstracts of interesting cases and original research, which will be presented in an open forum, and an oral abstract session where the top 5 abstracts will be presented by their lead researchers. The keynote address will be presented by Dr. Bonnie Ky. Our evening will end with the CT ACC chapter update and dinner.

1. Discuss advancing the cardiovascular Health patients living with and beyond cancer
2. Increase individual knowledge of contemporary cardiac topics with improved comprehension of diverse areas of cardiology.
3. Discuss strategies to improve the practice of cardiovascular medicine.
4. Share with peers the learned information and personal findings with the objective of increasing collaboration and improving standard of care.
5. Identify emerging trends and contemporary approaches in evolving CV disease or management considerations.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Hartford HealthCare and the Connecticut Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.  Hartford HealthCare is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

• Physicians: Hartford HealthCare designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
• Nurses: This activity is designated for a maximum of 6.25 ANCC contact hours.
• All Other Learners: All other learners will receive a Certificate of Participation for 6.25 hours of education.  Consult your professional licensing board regarding the applicability and acceptance of certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 5 business days before the course will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date.  All refunds will be made in accordance with the procedures of the HHC Accounts Payable Department, and may take up to 60 days.  Please send cancellation requests to continuinged@hhchealth.org.

Hartford HealthCare reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
