Overview
This introductory course, instructed by David Tolin, Ph.D., is free to BHN, IOL, and HHC staff and trainees who currently provide psychological therapy or counseling as part of their job or training role. This is an exceptional opportunity for interested staff/trainees to increase their familiarity with the theory and application of cognitive-behavioral therapy. This empirically validated treatment is widely used to treat anxiety, depression, and an array of other mental health issues.
