Objectives
As a result of participating in this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Review of ASE transthoracic scanning guidelines for sonographers: a step towards standardization of the scanning protocols across the HHC echo labs.
  2. Review importance of quantification in echocardiography.
  3. Apply quality improvement metrics in order to maintain high standards.

Overview
Hartford HealthCare Cardiovascular Imaging Symposium is a dual track, ECHO and Nuclear, virtual educational offering regarding HHC imaging system quality standards and goals.

In support of improving patient care, Hartford HealthCare is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing no less than 5 business days before the course will receive a full refund.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date.  All refunds will be made in accordance with the procedures of the HHC Accounts Payable Department, and may take up to 60 days.  Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]hhchealth.org.
