Overview
We will focus on Parkinson’s disease management and updates, as well as Deep Brain stimulation (DBS), neuropsychiatric manifestations, as well as characterize the role of Integrative Medicine, and the use of botulinum toxins in all Movement Disorders.


Objectives
As a result of participating in this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Discuss the most recent advances in the medical and surgical treatment options for Parkinson disease and other movement disorders
  2. Characterize the role of Integrative Medicine in the management of Parkinson Disease
  3. Recognize the clinical presentations of and approach to Functional Movement Disorders
  4. Discover the neuropsychiatric manifestations of movement disorders
  5. Describe the indications for and efficacy of botulinum toxin therapy in movement disorders
