Three hour remote conference with 5 speakers, inclusive of Q&A and panel discussion to be moderated by NEDS Coordinator. Speakers to include transplant physicians regarded in their field for their impact and improvement of the access to kidney transplant and one nurse with multicultural perspective of the dialysis patient. This activity will educate the evolution of the kidney allocation system nationally, how nationally recognized transplant centers evaluate their minority patients at most risk for end stage kidney disease for transplant and how under represented populations navigate dialysis and living kidney donation.

1. Review changes in the national kidney allocation system.
2. Apply strategies to improve access to living kidney for vulnerable populations.
3. Identify risk factors for non-white patients for end-stage renal disease.
