Provide Medical Assistants with the knowledge and skills they need to set up and assist with sterile procedures in the office

General Attendance (0.50 hours)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• HHC or the sponsoring organization reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify this activity
• If the activity is cancelled, registration fees will be fully refunded
• Neither HHC, HHC CE, not the Sponsoring Organization is responsible for travel, lodging, or other incurred expenses due to a cancelled activity
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to HHC CE at [email protected]
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 30 days 

 Live (In Person or Virtual) Activity Cancellations

• Cancellations received at least 5 business days prior to the activity start date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the activity start date, or failure to attend the activity absent an illness or family emergency (no-show), are non-refundable 

 On-Demand / Enduring Activities

• Registration fees are non-refundable once access is granted
• Technical issues accessing an HHC CE activity must be reported to HHC CE @ [email protected]
• Do not contact the HHC IT Help Desk with activity access issues as this will create a delay in access
