Objectives
As a result of participating in this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Discuss the various techniques of managing the femoropopliteal occlusive disease as it relates to Drug eluting technology and the debate around it.
  2. Review newer “tacking” technology for femoropopliteal disease
  3. Compare outcomes of tacking vs stenting for femoropopliteal disease
  4. Discuss patient and disease specific factors which favor open or endovascular interventions for aorto-iliac occlusive disease
  5. Manage infected/mycotic aortic pathology
  6. Compare the outcomes of covered endovascular reconstruction of aortic bifurcation (CERAB) with open aortic reconstructions for aorto-iliac occlusive disease
  7. Discuss cases where newer techniques for management of CLTI were used
  8. Utilize various tips and tricks for pedal access for revascularization
  9. Identify the role of team based approach to management of chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI)
  10. Discuss the role of open techniques for patients needing pedal revascularization
  11. Review newer devices for management of CLTI
  12. Review the novel deep venous revascularization technique for end stage CLTI
  13. Identify patient and disease specific factors to be considered when considering a patient for pedal revascularization
